Cancel MerlisIn Premium subscription

Directly access the Premium cancelation page

After you cancel your Premium subscription, you’ll return to a Basic (free) account and lose access to all Premium features at the end of your current billing cycle.

Important to know

• To avoid getting charged for another billing cycle, you need to cancel your plan at least one day before your next scheduled billing date. If you’ve missed canceling your Premium trial and have been charged for your Premium subscription, please refer to MerlisIn refund policy. If you have a billing related issue, please contact us.
• If you bought your Premium subscription on iOS using the mobile web, MerlisIn processes the payment. To cancel, you’ll need to use MerlisIn on desktop, since cancellation isn’t available in the iOS app.

If you signed up directly through MerlisIn (desktop or mobile web), you can only cancel your MerlisIn Premium subscription from the MerlisIn desktop website or through the MerlisIn mobile app on an Android device.  

Currently, members have the option to schedule cancelation for the next billing date. If you require immediate cancelation of your Premium subscription, please contact MerlisIn customer support. 

Note for Apple users: MerlisIn Premium subscription purchased on an Apple device via Apple Store can be cancelled using the MerlisIn mobile app on an Apple device. Learn how to cancel MerlisIn Premium subscription purchased via Apple App Store.

Note for Android users: MerlisIn Premium subscription purchased on an Android device via Google Play Store can be cancelled using the MerlisIn desktop site, MerlisIn mobile app, Google Play desktop or the Google Play mobile app. Learn how to cancel MerlisIn Premium subscription purchased via Google Play Store.

 

To cancel your Premium subscription:

1. Click the  Me icon at the top of your MerlisIn homepage.

2. Select Premium features from the dropdown.

3. Click Subscription details on the left pane under Resources.
    

   • You’ll be redirected to MerlisIn Admin Center.

4. Click Purchases on the left pane.

5. Select your Active subscription.

6. Click  Cancel subscription under Actions.

7. Click Confirm cancel to cancel your subscription.

If you are a Premium subscriber in Germany or the United States, you can cancel your subscription without signing in. Click here to cancel your contract. If you have a Sales Navigator or Recruiter plan, you’ll need to sign in to cancel.
